Fee Structure

With the understanding that our business is a professional service based on time, we structure fees in a number of different ways to meet the needs of each client ensuring maximum value for money invested.

Before any expenses are incurred, Black Grace Marketing & Communications engages in fee negotiations, thereby allowing clients to define value for money on the basis of project activity / output in ratio to total project expenditure.

Projects are usually undertaken in accordance with the standard schedule of fees, an agreed project budget based upon estimated total hours or on an hourly basis or a monthly retainer.

As a consultant we pride ourselves on our budget management skills. Quality work is not necessarily enough to keep a client - no one in business likes to be surprised by an unexpectedly higher invoice. To this end we assure all clients invoices will never exceed any approved quotations without prior approval.

On agreement and determination of a commencement date, projects fees will be charged in accordance with the standard schedule of fees unless otherwise negotiated.
